Rates explanation
- Cleaning & laundry:-
If you are staying with us for more than a week and require additional cleaning and laundry, this can be requested at an additional cost.
- Returnable Deposit: £600 / 650 Euros:-
A returnable deposit is required to cover the potential for excess electricity and water costs and any damage/ breakages. To be paid by bank transfer with the final balance payment. If there are deductions, these will be made at the end of your holiday by direct communication with you, and the deposit will be returned minus deductions as mutually agreed.
- Water & electricity:-
8 Hrs per night of A/C usage is included in the rental rate. A meter reading for water and electricity will be taken prior to your stay, so any excessive usage will be monitored and charged.
Payment
Payment is by electronic / bank transfer into our business account. Details are on the invoice.
25% non-returnable deposit upon booking confirmation (full payment required if booking within four weeks of check in.)
Remaining 75% balance and the cleaning fee are due 28 days before check-in.
Returnable deposit is due 7 days before.
Our Cancellation policy
25% deposit to be paid upon booking – this is non-refundable.
75% refund: for cancellation up to 28 days of the check in date.
50% refund: for cancellation up to 7 days (a full week) before check in date.
0% refund: for cancellation made within 7 days of check in date.
