A welcoming open space forms the focal point of the house. The entrance leads to a large entry hall offering access to the different levels. The dining room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, drinking quality tap water…
The living room enjoys a pool view and is the perfect place to relax while watching your favourite international TV channels!
The 100 square metre basement has been transformed into an entertainment room where you can challenge your housemates to pool, darts, Jenga, cards… A second kitchen can also be found in the Games room, ideal for quick snacks whilst you play! Located underground, the place is usually the coolest place in the house when the summer is in full swing!
The stone staircase leads to 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and a bathroom. The second floor has another bedroom with a large terrasse featuring sun loungers, and a balcony with a distant sea view! All 4 upstairs rooms have individual A/C connected to a coin meter.
The basement houses the fifth bedroom without AC (only fan) and its bathroom.Towels, hand towels and bedding are provided.

Rates explanation
General• The minimum stay at Ta’Ruzar is
• 3 nights minimum all year around.
• 5 nights from June till September.
• Check-in is anytime after 15:00
• Check-out time is 10:00am and prior. Late check-out at 17:00 is possible, if available,
at the cost of 150€. Contact us directly to request.
• Additional beds can be used on request at an extra cost 20€ per day extra per bed
Payment and deposits :
• A non-refundable 25% deposit via Paypal, bank transfer, credit card or cash is required to secure the booking.
• Full payment of the remaining balance shall be paid at the latest 30 days before the
arrival date.
• 7% VAT is included in the price.
• Damages to property and contents are the sole liability of the tenant. A 500€ deposit against damages will be requested upon arrival. The deposit can be paid by cash
or cheque and will be refund within 3 days from check out if the following conditions
are met :
• No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal use.
• All waste were removed from the house and disposed of in accordance with
local regulations.
• All dishes, crockery and glasses are clean.
• No linens are lost or damaged
• The guests are not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or
local law enforcement.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your booking once it has been confirmed. The cancellation request
shall be sent by email to taruzargozo@gmail.com. Any deposit and balance paid cannot be refunded for any reason.
