About us
Margit Leimberger, state. Exp. Housekeeper in farming, clerk, herbal and experience teacher and "manager" of hay hotels. Here everything comes together and Erwin Leimberger, mechanical engineer, passionate organic farmer and Suckler. He solves (almost) any technical issues.
Our seniors: Erna Schlenk, housekeeper and flower lover. It is the good spirit of the house and decorates the house and yard and Georg Schlenk, Zimmermann i. R., catering our farmyard animals, potato growers and the "woodworm" family.
Our juniors: Felix Leimberger, butchers and food assistant in Nuremberg Zoo. He cares about the direct marketing of our beef and to forest management and Jana Brunner, Altenpflegerin and youngest member of the family. It is always there when things "burns".
Together we live and work on the Fischbeck yard. The resulting work Hotel, home, yard and garden are shared among us. Each has its role and its place in our three-generation house.

The hotel........ Enjoy country life on time
Build yourself with your sleeping bag and blankets from us a bed in fragrant organic hay or discover the "Bett im Kornfeld". For allergic or trailer-romantics a yellow trailer is under the pear tree. Stockbrot campfire on the goat meadow, quiche and pizza from the wood oven to the Pegnitz terrace or a cozy barbecue with organic wine and various specialty beers -. So beautiful it can be with us in Franconia. Who has ever had breakfast in the pigsty? In Heuhotel Fischbeck buffet breakfast with organic and / or local ingredients unbuilt mess is served. In good weather you can also on the Pegnitz terrace breakfast with island views! And if something should be special: You can also pre-order a herb or a festive buffet! We have room for 25 people. Who wants that Heuhotel can also rent completely or spend a romantic night for two in there.

The Farm
Since 1702 Fischbeck farm is owned by our family. Every generation has the farm his own special twist. In 2003, we changed the operation to organic farming and 2004/2005 the old suckler-cow pigsty converted into the Heuhotel Fischbeck. Our Angus mother cows spend the whole summer on the pasture, there also their calves are born. From September to March, is to pre-order beef from direct marketing. Our next bovine slaughter will be in September / October 2016th. If you want to pre-order, requests an order form by e-mail and send it to us back filled. Minimum order quantity: 5 kg. The distribution of the items depends on the date of receipt of the order list. If the exact battle date is set, you will get a message in time and agreed to pick up.
