About this space

Welcome to this cosy space near the sea and the forest. This is a bright house, ideal for your vacation.

Located in the Riells area, 700m from the beach and promenade, which offers leisure services, restaurants, supermarkets and bars in the summer season and 700 m from the Mongrí Natural Park.

Wonderful place if you like beaches, coves, forest, or sports like kitesurfing, scuba diving, or biking. It is a quiet area all year round, which has more activity in the summer season.

The area

This is a private house. When you arrive at the accommodation you will be able to park comfortably inside the property.

In the outside area, apart from the parking area, you will have a private stone garden, barbecue and outdoor table to enjoy this space exclusively with your family and friends.

Going up the stairs, you will find the access to the house, with a wonderful and wide corridor, from where you can see the parking area and the stone garden.

As you enter you will find a large and bright open space with the living room, dining room and a very well equipped kitchen.

Continue along the corridor and you will find the two bedrooms, both with direct access to the corridor-terrace, so you can go directly outside without going through the main door.

In the first bedroom, you will find a bunk bed, a double bed in the lower part with an aloe vera topper, and a 90 cm single bed in the upper part.

The master bedroom is spacious and cosy and has a 150cm double bed with a comfortable coconut fibre mattress and a desk area.

Finally, at the end of the corridor you will find a large bathroom for both rooms.

Guest access

You can take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool and relax in the chill-out or lawn garden. Make yourself at home in this area. This is a magical corner shared with the ground floor flat, where I usually stay.

Your entrance to the property and mine are completely independent, so you can have great privacy in the area that is exclusively for your use.

Want to relax? 

You have a massage and yoga service that assists on the property, so you are in the ideal place without even leaving the house.

Also, if you come to practice sports such as kitesurfing or diving, you will find a suitable place to wash your equipment on the property.

Other highlights

The pool and chill-out area is the only shared area, and you can access it from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm.

This is also a transit area for my visitors.

In this area also lives with me a lovely dog of 11 years old.
