2-story property in the village Gorgogyri  (20 kms distance from the city of Trikala, 30 kms from famous rocks of Meteora and the monasteries, 35 kms from the well known villages of Elati and Pertouli with the ski center, 20 kms from the Sacred Temple of St. Bessarionas and the Byzantin Temple of Porta Panagia, which was built during the 13th century AD).

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the borders of the village, on the foothills of Mount Koziakas, deep into nature, next to a stream of water and a small square. It is located within the distance of 100m from the crosswalk of Asclepius, and you can easily access the mountain to go hiking. It consists of two independent apartments -one on the ground floor and one on the first floor- which are connected by an indoors staircase. It is perfect for a big group, families, couples, but it can also be completely separated. The outdoor space contains a yard full of green. It has two big balconies with an exquisite view of the mountain. It has lots of parking space. Up to seven people can be hosted in the house.

The ground floor  (up to 2 people) is heated, it consists of a united living room - kitchen (it is fully equipped with all the necessary devices-  electric kitchen, fridge, boiler, coffeemaker, utensils, …) -  dining room. It also has a bedroom with two solo beds and a bathroom. A child's bed can be offered upon request.

The first floor (up to 5 people) is heated, it consists of a united living room - kitchen (equipped with electric hot plates, fridge, boiler, coffeemaker, utensils …) and it has a bedroom with a king sized bed, a bedroom with a semi-double bed and a bathroom and 2 extra beds and a baby cot upon request. It offers a fireplace and a big balcony with unlimited view of the mountain. 

A pet can be hosted on the outdoor space of the property upon request.
