The villa has a capacity for 8 pax and was recently rebuilt and decorated. It was designed to be our dear home, and we are honored to share it with you!
It's located 5 min from the beach of Nossa Senhora da Rocha and 20 min from Albufeira
It’s easy to access and enjoy the region at any time.
Casa da Pinga has 2 suites and 2 bedrooms (3 with pool view and direct access to it) with a capacity for 8 guests to sleep comfortably in high-quality beds with hotel graded sheets.
It includes a big living room with a 45 inches television where you can watch your Netflix series and Youtube videos, a card games table, and a big couch for enjoying the time indoors as much as the time outdoors.
The living room also has a lovely fireplace very safe and easy to use in case you decide to stay in the villa during the wintertime and want to sip a glass of wine in a cozy and relaxed environment.
Right next to it, you will find an office which comes in handy if you need to do some quick work on a comfortable desk and chair.
All over the house, you will find a high-speed wireless internet connection.
The house is self-sustainable energetically with solar panels for energy production and hot water.
A laundry area is fully equipped and ready to use.
