The space
Our rural house has a wide variety of amenities so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. You have heating throughout the house, Wi-Fi connection, Smart TV, barbecue, ping-pong table, washing machine, dryer and parking, among others.

Rates explanation
Advance payment to reserve: 25% of the total reservation.
Cancellation policy: Up to 45 days of arrival, 100% refund of the advance payment. Up to 21 days of arrival, refund of 50% of the advance payment.
Deposit: €300 (not included in the advance payment to reserve)

Departure before: 11:00
Other house rules:
Not included . The charge is €100 . The house must be left tidy and in the same conditions of order and cleanliness as it was found when entering, with clean plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils and no garbage.
BARBECUE
It carries a charge of €30 , which is fully refunded if it is left clean and collected , as it was found when entering.
SUMMER SEASON (July and August) :
Minimum stay 4 nights. Entrance on Mondays.
PARTIES, groups :
Ca l'Avet is ideal for families and groups of friends. However, it is NOT reserved for parties and groups of young people, especially on New Year's Eve type dates. The minimum age of the applicant is 25 years. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not fit these conditions.
Tourist Tax for people over 16 years of age:
€1/person per day.
