The main one is the big house where there are 3 bedrooms (two double and one family room) each of them with private bathroom. All rooms have independent access from external areas of the property. The capacity of the rooms is for 8 people.
The shared Rural House, is located in the center of the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata / Nijar, in the town of Fernan Perez.
The house has three rooms with private bathrooms, living rooms and toilets, gardens, swimming pool, terraces, interior patio, playground for children and communal shared common areas, available to the guests. On the same plot there is an independent house, which is rented separately and complete. All common areas are shared.
The space
The shared rural house is located on a plot with gardens and pool areas, which tenants can enjoy during their stay. The shared rural house is rented by rooms with a maximum capacity of 8 to 10 people. Does the price include breakfast.
The independent house is rented separately and is for 6 or 8 people. The price does not include breakfast, unless additional express request.
The whole complex has facilities for babies and children and the pool has an area specially adapted for them.
The shared Rural House has 2 very large double rooms, one of them accessible and 1 quadruple room with two rooms, common interior rooms, toilet in living room, and outside toilet in the pool. All rooms have private bathroom, TV, wardrobe, usual furniture and minibar. They have independent entrance from the common areas outside. The capacity is 8 people (maximum 10 with extra beds). The common rooms have different environments, with fireplace area, library, bar, and all the necessary furniture for your use and enjoyment. The bar has a coffee maker, kettle, wine rack, and microwave available to guests.
La Casita is rented complete and separately. It has 2 very spacious rooms with private bathroom each. One of the rooms is double and the other quadruple. It has a kitchen, living room, terrace, garden and barbecue. Capacity of 6/8 people.
The complex is ideal for large families, or groups of friends. We also hold private celebrations. The rooms of the house are rented separately from the independent house.
Guest access
The indoor and outdoor common areas are shared and the rooms for private use for guests. There are also private access areas only for owners.
