We offer a range of six comfortable rooms between 13 qm and 33 qm (four have kitchenettes).
ROOM 1: Our family room can accommodate up to five people and is also suitable for guests with impaired mobility. In 33m² (355 sq ft) you will find two comfortable double beds, a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom.
ROOM 2: This 16m² (172 sq ft) room comes with a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette with a fridge and a modern bathroom.
ROOM 3: This bright 20m² (215 sq ft) apartment with an en suite bathroom allows you to relax with up to two people
and create a meal in the separate kitchen.
ROOM 4: This 16m² (172 sq ft) room is fitted with a double bed, modern bathroom, and a small kitchen for light cooking with a stylish table and chairs where you can enjoy your meal.
ROOM 5: Small but sweet (13 m²/139 sq ft), this double room has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, a desk and a wardrobe.
ROOM 6: This small, quiet double room offers a lot of cosiness in 14 m² (150 sq ft) with a place to sit and work or eat, a wardrobe, and a modern bathroom.
BREAKFAST: Hospitality Tray at List Five
We provide a hospitality tray with tea, coffee, biscuits and the like. We’ve also negotiated special breakfast deals at nearby cafés just for you.
Gourmet Breakfast at Café List (from 8:30 on weekdays)
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at Café List, which caters to any budget or taste from 8:30 onwards (9:00 am on a Saturday, 10:00 am on a Sunday) – just 150m down the street.
The special discount for List Five guests includes a hot beverage, fresh baguette, and a selection of jams, meats, cheeses and fruit for EUR 9.00.
Early Bird Breakfast at „Kantinchen“ (weekdays from 7:00 am)
For early risers, there’s always the breakfast deal at Kantinchen, just 50m away:
Enjoy a hot beverage, a Birchermuesli with fresh fruit or a savoury bagel for EUR 5,00 or a quick "French Breakfast" with a hot drink and croissant for EUR 3,00. The choice is your's!

List Five is situated in a quiet but central residential area in Stuttgart’s south, close to many interesting little shops, cafés and restaurants. From the Hauptbahnhof you can be at List Five within 15 minutes by public transport or 10 minutes by taxi. It is a 40 minute journey by public transport or 15 minutes by taxi to the airport and trade fair.

Rates explanation
- 1–3 nights: 129 Euro (+ EUR 10,00 for every additional person)
- 4–14 nights: 115 Euro (+ EUR 10,00 for every additional person)
- 15–29 nights: 99 Euro (+ EUR 10,00 for every additional person)
All prices are per person per night.
- Every additional person will be charged €10,00 per night (except for in the family room in which children under 18 can stay for free with one or two adults).
