We are in the center of Pozza di Fassa, we offer rooms with breakfast buffet in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. It is the ideal formula for those who want to discover the mountain in freedom without fixed times for meals and in addition with the possibility of varying menus every night thanks to the different possibilities that the area offers... there is something for all tastes: pizzerias, typical restaurants or just a quick snack!
In summer, for those wishing to spend a holiday in the outdoors, the possibilities are many: Nordic walking, mountain biking, walks to discover the trails in the woods or some mountain huts, climbing with our guides experts, or ... why not!?! A relaxing holiday simply enjoying the unique view that Mother Nature offers us every day!!!
In winter you can wander through the various disciplines of skiing: downhill, cross-country, mountaineering and snowboarding, but also ice skating, snow walks and fun in the moonlight!
There are slopes for skiers of all levels, numerous ski carousels for over 200 km!
Aren't you sporting? Well there's so much to see and do that you won't get bored anyway!!!
Why not take a day of complete relaxation at the QC Terme, in its open-air pools?!

STRUCTURE AND SERVICES
The structure is equipped with a comfortable lift that serves all the floors from the garage, where some parking spaces are available by reservation, to the attic!
In summer you can put your bike indoors, while in winter there is a ski rack and a comfortable boot warmer!
Complete the offer a rich breakfast buffet that awaits you every morning with hot drinks, homemade cakes, fragrant brioches, natural yoghurt, jams, little corner of the salty with local cold cuts and cheese... to better face your day!

The Residence formula is ideal for those who want to enjoy their holiday in absolute freedom!
Prices are on a weekly basis with a minimum occupancy of 2 people, the price includes wi-fi connection, daily vacuuming of the floors, bed linen and bath towels. Guests are responsible for keeping the kitchen area clean.
The kitchen is equipped with basic crockery, ceramic hob for cooking, microwave, small dishwasher and fridge.
In the room there are 2 beds, with linen and single duvets "German", satellite TV and safe, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer.
Both apartments have a living room with satellite TV and sofa bed for any extra guests!
For those who wish to have breakfast in our room the cost is € 7.00 per person per day... our buffet offers homemade cakes, natural yoghurt, jams, hot drinks and a small corner of the salty... booking is appreciated the night before!
The tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per day will be charged separately, to be paid in cash!
ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED
The apartments are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure they must be vacated by 10.00 am.
