The new family-run hotel, near the town of Kemi is now open! 
The hotel's business is based on good service and flexible thinking. Everyone in the family is involved in the hotel's business and this is a way of life for us. We offer modern facilities and the sauna is always warm. Here you can also book a private sauna for the family or work team. 
 When staying at our hotel, parking is always included with electricity (if you have a larger car let us know when you make the booking). Do not hesitate to ask, we will gladly help you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have single rooms - 4-bed rooms and 5-bedrooms. Suites come in different sizes, we also have rooms with full kitchens. 
At the hotel there are also three kitchens available for all our guests, we also have hostel accommodation with a cheaper price. Rooms: 
Hotell Toivola situated in Kemi, is a hotel with 4 floors. On the top floor, we have the Aurora Borealis-rooms. On the second floor, we have the Wild Lapland-rooms, which is inspired by the Lappish nature. On the ground floor, we have the rooms which are inspired by Sea Lapland. On the basement floor, we have are hostel rooms and the Sauna facilities. 
The Sauna is always warm for our guests, you can also book your own private sauna facilities. Ask for on offer! In the hotel rooms, we have flat tv and cable channels. 
In the bathroom is a toilet, shower, bide and free bathroom products. Towels and bed clothing are included. There is also a hairdryer, desk, water boiler, mini fridge etc. No pets allowed!

Rates explanation

The reception is located in the same premises as the restaurant.
(Open weekdays at 6.30-22.00 local time). In the weekends at 8.00-22.00 local time.
Besides breakfast, we serve a lunch buffet on the weekdays at 10.30-14 local time. (In the weekends by request).  For groups, we have A la carte, pizza and burgers after request. Also room service. Our café is open from the morning to night. Here we have Finnish game agent: Veikkaus, toto, minimarket, and a famous ice cream bar and big terrace.

Breakfast is served weekdays 06.30-09.30 and weekends 8-10.30. (Breakfast is served earlier by request)

The rooms are sound isolated, in the rooms there is a minibar with free non alcoholic refreshments.
