Engigarður cottage is nearly 100 years old as it was originally built in 1925, so it is a small cottage of 57 square meters on two floors, big enough for four people. Its traditional style reflects old Icelandic farmhouses. When you enter the house you enter a small hall, with doors to the small bathroom and the living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and the stair is a bit narrow and steep as is common in houses of this age and style.

Detailed description: The house is white, with red roof, white windows and red door. You enter the house through a small hallway with a coat rack. The bathroom which is on the right is small, but still has a shower, wc, sink, window and warm towel rack. The open space living room&kitchen is on the left side. The living room has a TV and a 2-3 seating sofa, kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microvawe, stove, oven,glassware, pots and pan, dishwasher), table and 4 chairs, stair to the bedrooms is a located next to the kitchen. The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, bedside table with a lamp, chair, coat rack and a good wardrobe. Baby cot is stored in the wardrobe and high chair is in the cupboard downstairs.
