23 minutes (23 kilometer) to Umeå town. Car is needed when bus transportation only exists weekdays and not on weekends. An large upstairs apartment - 115 square meters. Separate entrance. 4 rooms and 2 bathroom and a kitchen. It means that five adult can have their own bed. 

We also have one extra bed to be used in what room you want. There is also two beds for very young children. Fireplace and balcony. Washer, dryer, fridge & freezer, toaster, coffee brewer, hairdryer. TV and free WiFi. Animals are welcome. We have to cats at our apartment. Coffee and tea and chocolate drink is for free. You find in the pantry. Sheets and other linens are included. If you are staying for a longer period you are assumed to wash the bedclothes when concidered necessary - but it's also a set extra for each bed.

We - Lena and Mårten - likes to meet new people. But we also respect if you want to be more by yourselfe. We have quite a good good knowledge of our surrendings, wich means that we can give information on possibly excursions.

The space 

We are located in the stunning Tavelsjö district, just 23 km/23 minutes from the centre of Umeå with everything that a city of 120 000 inhabitants can offer. Here you stay at a calm place, close to the fish-rich Lake Tavelsjön and the mouantain Vallberget with panoramic views. If you stay with us you can use an old wooden boat for free. And it is also possibly to buy a fishing license. We also have an exclusive fishing kayak for one or two persons to rent to a special price. For wooden boat or kayak, you can also rent an electric motor with fully charged batteries. 

Guest access 

You have your own private entrance and have full access to the upper floor and the three rooms (two bedrooms and one large living room) and a kitchen. The apartment also has a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is one more room that we keep to ourself to store sheets, cleaning stuff, etc. The apartment is perfect for four people. If there are a couple of more, we can find a sollution for that to.
