The Holiday Homes at Silva are situated by road 823 in the middle of a great agricultural area in the north of Iceland. The first things people notice is all the free space around us where you can walk around, take in fresh oxygen or relax in natural surroundings. Serenity, peace and quiet are also words we often hear. And while people are dining in our restaurant they find it so relaxing that they say it's almost like doing meditation. A car is needed to get to the guesthouse because there are no public transports from Akureyri to the countryside.
