The coach house is hidden in the garden of a landscape architect in the old village center of Dresden-Laubegast, close to the banks of the Elbe.

The old farm building was rebuilt with a lot of sense of style to a spacious apartment. 
The high room with floor to ceiling windows contains a beautiful dining area, a modern kitchenette, a cozy living-sleeping area with fireplace and a spacious bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Internet connection and TV are available.

The house has a lovingly designed separate Gästegärtchen with its own terrace.

The special atmosphere of the house and garden in combination with the scenic attractions of the nearby Elbufer invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for exploring the area and the city of Dresden with its diverse cultural offerings.

Laubegast and the environment

Laubegast is located in the southeast of Dresden on the Elbe. The former fishing village was incorporated in 1921 to Dresden and is very well connected by transport. It has preserved the village-small-town character and is highly appreciated because of the high quality of living of Dresden.

With just a few steps, you can reach the Laubegaster Ufer from Remise Nr6 , a charming waterfront promenade with a bakery & café and various restaurants.

For self-sufficiency you will find everything you need in the environment, butcher, bakery, supermarket, health food store and many retail stores are gathered on the nearby shopping street.
