The house has 5 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and some with a desk. 

There is also only 1 single bed per bedroom possible wich makes the rooms more comfortable for long term rentals.

The living room is furnished with a spacious sofa area and offers a 46 "flat screen TV and direct access to the large roof terrace, which invites you to cozy barbecues and linger and also the smoking pleasure can be indulged. 

The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven and ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine and in the generous Abstaellraum there is a freezer as well as various cleaning materials, as well as Staubsauer, if something is to be removed. 

The shower on the ground floor is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The bathroom on the upper floor offers a shower and toilet as well as a bathtub and here is the washing machine. Overall, the house has a size of 140m² and is accessible via a separate entrance. 

There is also a Wifi Internet connection and inclusive (150 Mbit).

The house has been renovated and furnished in the beginning of 2018. With the equipment and distribution it is thereby in the category of 4-5 star category to settle. This high standard is reflected throughout the house.

Basically you have in this house only single beds of comfort size 100cm X 200cm and duvets of comfort size 155cm X 220cm.

In Feburary / March 2018 all rooms were wallpapered, painted and furnished. Also, the shower cabins have been renewed.

There is a wireless Internet connection (W-LAN, Wi-Fi) with 150 Mbit available.

Currently we are working on a fiber optic connection, which will provide a 200 Mbit line from October 2018.
