You want to relax, enjoy the black forest and his charming atmosphere or realize  great activities/excursions during your holidays? Then you are at the right place!

This beautiful apartment with an area of 58 square meters (+big terrace)  is a two-roomed apartment (living room/ dining room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed as well as a daylight bath).

Washing machine and dryer are available. Use of the sauna to relax in your holidays is possible for an additional fee. In addition, the apartment includes a very nice terrace equipped with a large dining table and chairs as well as another chill out area (additional seating area). Of course, you can also use the barbecue grill provided.

The apartment is entered via a separate entrance area.A parking lot is available, shopping facilities are located in the village about 700 meters away. Enjoy the surroundings as the beautiful Nagold barrage dam (only 20 minutes away) to go swimming, canoeing or to use the paddleboat there.Enjoy a splendid day with your familiy there. The multio generation parc is only 200 meters awy from the apartment- there you can do real fitness outdoor without having to pay!

There are also post offices and pharmacies in the village. Public transport stops just a few minutes ' walk away.. Pets are allowed by agreement. If you like do wellness, relax, use the sauna. Go swimming in the beautiful lake near to the apartment or do fitnesstraining without any costs in the open air multi generation park only some hundred meters away.!
