We’re in Valmontone, small town located  50 km from Rome, our property is located 350 metres from exit "Valmontone" from Highway  A1 direction Napoli.

Valmontone is  the first exit after Rome driving to the south, In a strategic position is suggested for people whom doesn't want to go in the jungle of Rome, easy reacheable by train in 35/50 minutesdriving slowl  and enjoy the country side.

Around Valmontone, we do have possibility to be in the Castelgandolfo lake, beautiful lake and town of Nemi , Frascati , Grottaferrata , Ariccia ( very famous for "Porchetta") between 25 and 40 minutes.

Driving on the directions to the mentioned towns, along the way, only 3 km from Valmontone you can discovery the amazing viilage of Artena, where you still need a mule to  help you with transportation..( the oldest part of it is only walking place .
