Special features: A private pool is available. The maintenance is done weekly. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach, the beach distance is 300 m.

Weather: Christmas we have sunballed on the beach and could even swim in the sea. In any season you can also sunbathe on the roof terrace.

The bodegas, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are open all year round. The beach promenade with numerous restaurants and bodegas invites you to stroll and tapasessen. In about 3 km distance Mazarrón is a small, lively, typical Spanish city .. 

There is also a market square, nice restaurants, fashion shops, several churches and an old mine to admire. Cartagena, about 35km away, is the next largest city with about 45000 inhabitants and is by the sea. You can stroll in the newly built harbor and admire the ships. It has a pretty old town with many sights, which offers all sorts of variety.
