Hof van Eersel is a unique Bed&Breakfast with three lovely cottages,  two with a thatched roof and one of wood and stone.

Like a small village on a picturesque property of three acres the guesthouses are situated around the former horse stables. The former coach house, tack house and guesthouse have been renovated and rebuilt into three luxurious cottages, each with their own authentic charm. 

The spacious old horse stable has been transformed into a cosy room with a shared kitchen, a dining and seating area and a well-stocked bookcase. This is where breakfast is served.  

The guesthouses are convenient, equipped with every comfort and each house has an original interior. Coffee and tea facilities are available in every cottage, as well as a mini fridge. The largest guesthouse has a private sauna. An outdoor sauna is available for the guests in the other two guesthouses. Each guesthouse has a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. 

Hof van Eersel has its own driveway and private parking. In all buildings there is free wi-fi available. The owners and their family live there as well at some distance in two monumental farm houses.

The Friends House is a very spacious, romantic  cottage with a thatched roof and a indoor fireplace.  It lies in a quiet spot at the edge of the property and offers a nice and extended view over the garden and the adjacent meadows. It is a comfortable 4 persons cottage. The ground floor contains a roomy bedroom and a rather large sitting room.  In the bedroom  you will find a kingsize double boxspring, a large wardrobe and a handbasin. In the sitting room you find a dining space and a sitting area with a fireplace. The toilet is also on this floor. A interactive television, nespresso coffee machine, waterboiler, magnetron and small fridge are available.

Descending below ground you find a lounge area/ sleeping area with two singles boxsprings, a bathroom with a rain shower douche and a separate handbasin and also a spacious sauna.

The private terrace offers a splendid view.

The Friends House got its name as a guesthouse for visiting family and friends. Years ago a daughter of one of the former inhabitants of one of the farmhouses lived there with her horse, true friends…

Tack House

The Tack House got its name as a storage room for saddles, bridles and hay. In wintertime at was also used as a stable for a horse. It is a spacious, loft like cottage. A comfortable sitting room is connected to a roomy bedroom by a small corridor, that gives entrance to the toilet and the bathroom. The bed is a kingsize double boxspring. In the bathroom you find a double handbasin and a rain shower douche. In the living room a two persoon sleeping couch (140x200 cm) is available. An interactive television, Nespresso coffee machine, waterboiler and small fridge are also present.  The cottage is well suited for 2 to 4 persons.

During the renovation the roof has been replaced, the cottage is well isolated and has a modern floor heating system. Some characteristics of the original building have been preserved and add to the special character of the this guesthouse.

Guests have a sun terrace on their own. They are invited to make use of the sauna, situated at a few meters of the cottage.

Coach House

The renovated former coach house  (in Dutch "Koetshuis") is well suited for 2 persons. Transformed into an romantic cottage, it has a roomy combined bedroom/sitting room  with a kingsize two persons boxspring, two comfortable chairs and a small corner for working/dining. There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with rain shower douche and handbasin. When renovating, the double doors  have been replaced by large windows offering an exceptional view on the surroundings. The special way in which the the roof interior has been renovated adds to the romantic feeling of this cottage.

The Coach House is heated by a floor heating system. Interactive television, Nespresso coffee machine, a watercoocker and a small fridge are present. The Coach House has its own sun terrace. Coach House guests are allowed to use the separate sauna, next to the coach house. The can also use the cooking facilities in the central building.
