South East terrace with panoramic views of forested hills

Nestled in 50 acres of lush nature we rent all year 2 cottages (semi-detached) in an over 100 year-old renovated farmhouse. Located on the hillside, aligned with a spacious terrace and lawn to the southeast. 4 kms to the small town of Aljezur, already within only 10-14 km you can visit four beautiful beaches. The two series of detached houses with two or three bedrooms are fully furnished in a rustic traditional style.

From the terrace and lawn you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the opposite rolling hills with cork oaks, arbutus and cistus.

Not only the kids can have fun on the swings at the pool. On hot days, our guests relax here on the shady lawn under the big weeping willow.

Depending on the season you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables from our garden and chemical-free to enjoy the sight of our healing biotope, the four circular gardens, each with ponds in the middle.

Water plays a major role with us. You will be spoiled for choice: the spring water pool in the former horse trough and two lakes: the big dam 200 meters behind the house where you can go fishing and gray perch and the idyllic storage pond on the other side of the Amoreira valley. Below this lake you can watch in a third pond turtles.

Our guests particularly appreciate the peace, the good air, in summer, the fresh breeze from the nearby Atlantic Ocean as well as the hiking trails - 10 km on its own grounds - on the heights with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Monchique mountains and direct connection to the remote trails Rota Vicentina and Via Algarviana.
