The detached wooden Polderhuisje one of the last buildings to Eilandspolder, a nature reserve. It is located on an islet (2000m2) behind the house of the owner in the picturesque North Holland Graft. From the village street is via a separate entrance in this oasis of calm. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a sitting and dining areas and a modern kitchen equipped with 2 hotplates, grill, toaster, coffee machine etc.

The living room has French doors with a grand view of the Eilandspolder. For those who want to fish, the closed front door.

The upper floor features a double bed and an old-fashioned bedstead, suitable for one person. Extra bed is possible, please indicate when booking. If necessary, it is possible to use the sofa bed in the living room.

Besides Polderhuisje is a large sheltered south-facing terrace. The Polderhuisje is extremely suitable for children. In the garden is a large trampoline and can be used canoes. The cottage is very private and has its own garden. In short, you can relax in the Polderhuisje.
