With us is the proximity to the wilderness that we want you to take home with you after your visit, certainly tickles the little extra when you know you are in the world bear richest area. You will certainly see forest birds such as capercaillie and black grouse, an eagle flying in the sky at night when it is still daylight, or the smell of freshly grilled fish that you have drawn up in one of the fish-rich waters that are nearby.

Our facility

Camp Chapell is a chapel that we built into the camp, because the chapel is located in the wilderness when's Vattudal about 4.5 mil north of Strömsund.

This is one of Sweden's largest lakes and is very depths of over 70 meters deep in places, there are plenty of mountain lakes with game fish in the area. If you are hikers so close to the big mountains palpable and chapel will be an excellent starting place for adventure.

We have a beautiful room that we equipped with special heat-beds that can be comfortable after a day of fishing or walking, breakfast room and kitchen available. Sauna and hot tub are outside where if you are lucky you can get the view Northern Lights.

The church hall now serves as a gallery, art classes and yoga are conducted where even corporate arrangements are possible as team building and kick-off, remember to keep a Powerpoint presentation from the pulpit or karaoke from the organ loft only imagination sets your limits, however, used the chapel bell just at New Year evening.

Summer view

From the chapel's tower to get a panoramic view of mountains and forest, a walk, a ride with the car gives you fantastic views both summer and winter.

The wildlife is incredible and everything is on display here All Creatures Great and Small. The Sami are active in the area so even reindeer can cautiously viewing.

The notorious light is apparent, and in summer it is light almost around the clock. The wilderness song I once heard. Became my heart's gilded music. To the sound of the wind over vårbäckens noise. As I filled with sweet romance.
