Description
The holiday home "Zur Blautanne" is a comfortable, quiet holiday home newly built in 2009 in the municipality of Klipphausen, district of Scharfenberg, county of Meißen, in the protected landscape area of the left Elbe valleys between Dresden and Meißen.
The holiday home is on the outskirts of the village and has a large garden and a terrace with a barbecue. In case you arrive by car, parking lots are available directly at the house.
The holiday home "Zur Blautanne" is certified with 4 stars according to the DTV classifications and can host a maximum of two people. However, it is possible for up to 4 persons to stay overnight. In this case, the couch in the living room can be extended and used as a bed.

The motorway (autobahn) 4 runs through the commune of Klipphausen, so you may reach the motorway easily by using the exit in Wilsdruff (ca. 4 km).

Please note all important information about/in the rental contract, so the booking process is effectd trouble-free. - After receipt of payment of the deposit is booked binding and the period is blocked on all booking portals.
The remaining balance is to be paid into the same account at least two weeks before the rental period begins.If the duration between the date of signing the contract and the start date of the rental period is less than 14 days, then the total amount is payable immediately into the above account.
Conditios about cancellation and early termination are also regulated in the rental contract.
