Description
We have two rooms with a two person bed and one with a one person bed. This one Cost 59,- including luxury breakfast.
People can also rent the whole guesthouse for 5 persons. One extra bed for a child is possible . The whole guesthouse with three rooms and a luxury bathroom and breakfast cost 199,- per night. In the weekend ( Friday / Saturday) the rooms are only available for two days .
This property can be rented as whole guesthouse or 3 rooms separately.
We offer the guest also an experience at our Ranch . The guest can walk around the lively gardens and along the pastures . They can enjoy looking at the Alpacas and Falabella mini horses. And play Alpaca golf between the animals.
The tourist tax is extra and is payable at our accommodation. (1,20 p p pn )
The room is bright and stylishly decorated with a view of the beautiful garden and farmlands. Spacious and luxurious bathroom with shower, toilet and bath. The double room has French doors with a balcony and stunning views. Coffee and tea are available free of charge. Mini bar available
The B & B is located on the idyllic Alpaca & Falabella Ranch. Kerkwerve is close to the old town of Zierikzee, the water sports paradise and sea and beach at De Brouwersdam. Luxury breakfast € 7.50
The house is in a very attractive location in the outskirts of Kerkwerve. The room is stylishly furnished with TV. Unobstructed view of the Zeeland countryside and the beautiful park-like gardens. On the estate is also the Alpaca and Falabella. Guests can walk around and enjoy very special animals on this farm.

In addition to the common dining room and bathroom, guests may also use a separate part of the gardens
Interaction with guests
We are almost always present in the yard and are therefore approachable when you have certain questions.
Other things to note
There is a nice dog in the yard and a cat but parts are not in the guest area .. luxury breakfast for € 7.50 extra per person. The entrance gate is closed in the evening after 11.00 pm tourist tax is € 1.20 pp. pn
